Group CFO leaves Clipper
Flemming Steen leaves Clipper's Executive Management
Clipper Group and Flemming Steen, have mutually agreed that Flemming Steen leaves his position as Group CFO in Clipper Group, effective as of today.
Flemming Steen joined Clipper in 2013, bringing with him years of experience from a career in the infrastructure and transportation industries.
As Group CFO and part of Executive Management, Flemming Steen has played a key role in leading Clipper through the hard times that have characterized the shipping industry the past years. Clipper’s new long-term financing agreement is now secured and the timing is therefore right for a hand-over and new challenges for Flemming Steen.
In addition to his role as CFO for the Group, Flemming Steen has acted as Chairman of the Board for Seatruck Ferries Ltd. and Vice-Chairman for the Board for Danske Færger A/S (Danish Ferries). His successor in both Boards will be announced in due time.
